You’re already stronger than you think you are.

Strength isn’t something you earn in therapy—it’s something we uncover.

You’re in the right place.

I’m here to help you work through what’s holding you back.

I work with women who are capable, insightful, and often used to carrying a lot on their own. On the outside, things may appear steady. Internally, there’s often anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship strain that feels difficult to explain or resolve.

My role as a therapist is to offer a thoughtful, grounded space where patterns can be understood rather than judged. Sessions are collaborative and conversational, with room for reflection, curiosity, and honesty. I ask thoughtful questions and offer observations meant to support insight and forward movement.

Clients often say therapy feels both steady and clarifying—challenging when needed, supportive throughout. We’ll work at a pace that respects your nervous system and your lived experience.

My style

I’m warm, engaged, and straightforward. I value honesty, curiosity, and humor. We’ll move gently, but we won’t shy away from what matters.

My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and relational and attachment-based models. This allows us to address immediate concerns while also exploring the emotional and relational frameworks that shape how you respond to stress, intimacy, and uncertainty.

Rather than focusing on “fixing” behaviors, we pay attention to what those behaviors have been protecting, and what might be possible with greater awareness and flexibility.
