My office is located in the historic Healing House in North Tacoma. I also offer secure telehealth sessions for clients throughout Washington State.

Online therapy takes place through SimplePractice, a secure and HIPAA‑compliant platform. You’ll receive a private video link before each session and can join from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Yes. In‑person sessions take place in a cozy, private office with a separate entrance for added comfort and privacy.

50‑minute individual sessions are $160. I provide superbills for out‑of‑network reimbursement and am in‑network with Premera.

If finances are a barrier to therapy, please reach out. I’m happy to work with you to make care affordable.

This varies. Some clients come for a few months; others choose to stay longer. We’ll regularly check in to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
